Red wine barrel chunks are perfect for smoking various products. Soak the pieces in water for about 30 minutes before use. If possible, soak for up to 48 hours. Place the pieces on embers or charcoal when the required temperature is reached. Place the food on the grill and close the lid of the KamadoClub grill. The lid must be closed to give the food as much flavor, colour and smoke as possible! Use the pieces when smoking at temperatures above 100 degrees celcius. For smoking and longer than 20 minutes cooking, use heat deflectors.
